According to China Customs, in the first ten months of 2025, China's import and export value of agricultural products amounted to 256.29 billion USD, down by 2.9% y/y. Among that, the export value was 83.56 billion USD, up by 1.1%. The import value was 172.73 billion USD, down by 4.7%. Trade deficit reached 89.17 billion USD, narrowed by 9.6% year-on-year.

For the month of October, China's import and export value of agricultural products amounted to 26.24 billion USD, up by 4% y/y. Among that, the export value was 9.07 billion USD, down by 1.3%. The import value was 17.17 billion USD, up by 7%. Trade deficit reached 8.1 billion USD, expanded by 18.2% year-on-year.
