President Cao Derong met with Marilene Gourdeau-Bussiere, the newly appointed Agricultural Counselor of the Canadian Embassy in China on Sep. 28. The two sides exchanged views on trade cooperation in food and agricultural products between China and Canada, and stated that they would further strengthen cooperation to jointly promote the sound and stable development of bilateral trade in food and agricultural products. Jennifer Miner, Agricultural Market Access Counselor of the Canadian Embassy in China also attended the meeting.
