On March 6, President Cao Derong met with a delegation from the Australian grain industry. The delegation included Pat O’Shannassy, Chief Executive Officer of Grain Trade Australia; Ole Houe, Chairman of Grain Trade Australia; Richard Simoniatis, Chief Executive Officer of GrainGrowers; and Rosemary Richards, Chairman of the Australian Oilseeds Federation, among others.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation and promoting bilateral trade between China and Australia in grains, canola, and pulses.
