On March 6, 2026, vice president Yu Lu attended a virtual meeting with the Chair of the India Agribusiness Working Group of the BRICS Business Council.

Yu Lu participated in the meeting in her capacity as vice chair of the Chinese Agribusiness Working Group of the BRICS Business Council, together with Zhang Hong, deputy general manager of the department of international cooperation of COFCO, the lead Chinese member organization of the working group.

The two sides held a working exchange on topics including agricultural sustainability.
