Vice president Yu Lu had a fruitful meeting with Mr Antonio Jorge Camardelli, president of Brazilian Association of Meat Industries Exporters (ABIEC) on Oct. 9. The two parties discussed the opportunities and challenges of beef trade between China and Brazil and looked forward to the prospects of beef trade between China and Brazil. Both parties expressed their willingness to communicate during the fair to provide Chinese consumers with high quality and tasty high-protein beef products.

Vice president Yu Lu also met with Mr Gonzalo A. Moreno, president of Colombian Poultry Association and the president of International Poultry Council, and Mr Greg Tyler, president of the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council. Yu Lu and Gonzalo A. Moreno had an in-depth exchange of views on how to further strengthen the cooperation between the two sides, achieve mutual benefits and win-win situation, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry.

Yu Lu and Greg Tyler reviewed the development of the U.S.-China poultry trade and looked forward to the development prospects of the global poultry market. Both sides expressed their intention to work closely together to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the US-China poultry trade.

In addition, Vice President Yu Lu had a pleasant and friendly exchange with Ms Josefina, head of marketing department of Uruguayan Beef Export Association.
