Shanghai Xuerong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997and and headquartered in Shanghai, China. On May 4, 2016, the company was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. It adheres to the development philosophy of “Ecological Beauty Restored by Science and Technology” and focuses on the research, development, production and sales of edible fungi.

As the largest edible mushroom factory in China, Xuerong biotechnology have built 17 intelligent and standardized edible fungi factories in Shanghai, Sichuan Chengdu, Jilin Changchun, Shandong Dezhou, Guangdong Huizhou, Guizhou Bijie, Gansu Lintao, etc. The main product series includes enoki mushroom, shiitake mushroom, brown beech mushroom, white beech mushroom, seafood mushroom, velvet mushroom, and king oyster mushroom, etc.

Up to May 2020, the daily production capacity of enoki mushroom was 960 tons, and the capacity for other mushroom was 235 tons. The total daily production capacity reached 1,195 tons.
