Fujian Tea Import & Export Co., Ltd. is the biggest industrial company held by China Tea Co., Ltd., which is affiliated to China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corp. (COFCO). It was founded in 1950. “Butterfly”, “Sprouting” and “Sunflower” are its famous trademarks. “Butterfly” brand has got the awards of “Fujian Famous Trademark” and “Fujian International Well-known Brand” in tea industry. It holds modern processing factories and tea gardens, and mainly engages in exporting tea, including oolong tea, jasmine tea, white tea, black tea, and green tea. The ‘Little Yellow Tin’ has consecutively won the Golden Laurel from the French Tourism Association in 1985 and 1986.
